
Ides was held at Sharon and Norm's home. Dinner was outside with beautiful Thai decorations. Ted's innovative Mac & Cheese was the hit of the evening!





As food from down under seems to be all about meat, our main meal had lots of meat, a green salad with mandarin and chicken, a beef stir fry made with marmite that is the British equivalent of vegemite, popular in Australia, and wonderful marinated lamb chops. The meal was topped off with individual pavlova dipped in Lindt chocolate and with a mound of fruit, papaya, kiwi and mango and of course, whipped cream.
